Welcome to Farma Health Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Health Pro Profit System (the “System”). By purchasing a license or accessing the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

  1. Nature of the License

          Farma Health Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Health Pro Profit System software infrastructure for your                        internal business purposes. 

  • The System is a Tool: We provide the technical infrastructure, templates, and CRM framework. 
  • You are the Operator: You are solely responsible for the configuration, content, and deployment of the System within your business.

     

  1. Professional & Clinical Responsibility

          Farma Health Ltd is a technology and business systems provider. 

  • No Professional Advice: We do not provide medical, legal, or clinical advice. 
  • Licensure Maintenance: You represent that you hold the necessary professional licenses to provide the services you market via the System. 
  • Clinical Liability: You are 100% responsible for the clinical accuracy, safety, and legality of any health-related content or advice you provide to your clients through the System.
     
  1. Marketing & Compliance Indemnity

          You are responsible for how you market your business. 

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all local and international laws regarding healthcare advertising, patient privacy (including HIPAA/GDPR where applicable), and earnings claims. 
  • No Guarantee of Income: While the System is designed for profit optimization, Farma Health Ltd makes no guarantees regarding specific income levels or business success. Your results depend on your own effort, marketing, and market conditions. 
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farma Health Ltd and its directors (including its founder) from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your marketing practices or the operation of your business.
     
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: Farma Health Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in the original software, code, and proprietary templates within the System. 
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, resell the master code (unless on a specific Distribution License), or white-label the System as your own proprietary software without written consent.
     
  1. Fees and Refunds
  • Licensing Fees: Access to the System is subject to an upfront setup/licensing fee and ongoing monthly subscription fees as outlined at the time of purchase. 
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the infrastructure and the immediate access to proprietary systems, all sales are final. Farma Health Ltd does not offer refunds once the System has been provisioned.
     
  1. Limitation of Liability

          To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farma Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of                      profit) resulting from the use or inability to use the System. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Farma Health Ltd in the three                      months preceding the claim. 

  1. Termination

          Farma Health Ltd reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you are found to be using the System for illegal activities, unethical medical p              practices, or in violation of these Terms. 

  1. Governing Law

          These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Farma Health Ltd is registered.
